"Valet guys were very nice, so was the woman who I checked out with. The room had a funny smell and everything in the hotel seemed pretty basic and nothing special. Surprisingly wasn’t too noisy for being in DTLA but there were a few homeless outside and rummaging through the garbage. Just a step up from a Motel 6 with a better location. Breakfast sucked and portions were small, wasn’t worth the money even with my 20% off discount. Probably wouldn’t go back."

"The hotel is centrally located. Which is nice and convenient. The rooms were small which I was surprised given the amount of money I paid and how big the hotel really is. One of the things I DO NOT recommend is bell services. When I arrived it took bell services more than hour to get my luggage’s to my room. During check out it was the same issue. I had to call like 3 times to see if someone was coming. The third time I was told that the bell person had come and knock on my door and no one...

"Less than half a mile from Disneyland, it was worth the walk for the safety, quiet, and nice rooms. The amenities were perfect. We had everything we needed. They do offer a shuttle to Disney ($6 per person), but we were happy to walk. This will be my "go-to" hotel when visiting Disneyland."

"The hotel is undergoing a remodel and we weren't aware of that while we booked, but staff made all attempts to accommodate our every need. I left a pair of shoes in the room at check out and to my surprise, they were still there when I returned from my cruise 6 days later! "

"A great option for families visiting the park. We arrived around 9am and when I requested to check in our bags, the desk staff gladly let me know our room was ready! This was a wonderful start to the day. The room was neat and clean, the hotel is a short quarter mile walk to the park entrance, there are plenty of family friendly dining options steps away, and it is only two blocks from convenience stores and a pharmacy in case you need to recharge on snacks or if you forgot to bring allergy...
