"It was a very relaxing stay. I opted to pay for sn upgrade to a seaview. It was worth it. Room was lovely and clean. Light, airy and spacious. Hotel has been refurbished to a modern style and a high standard. Reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff etc were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I look forward to staying again. "

"Great location for beach and quite close to airport. Easy access via taxi to shopping and other tourist destinations. Very good buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms quite clean, and spacious, but several suites have interconnected doors. Helpful staff in the majority of cases, and multiple languages available. Worth going again."

You step out the door to your left for restaurants and shopping and if you step out to the right you get to the historical area to see the Roman theatre, Alcazaba and the cathedral. Plaza de la Merced where you’re close to Picasso’s childhood home and his statue. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we left too early for our flight. "Close to all attractions and transportation . Great restaurants nearby. Friendly people. Safety. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!! View was of other property courtyards and rooftops. Not much of a view"

"The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and food is nice. However, I observed the following limitations, which in my opinion the hotel needs to address: - Limited guidance if any is available on guided tours and excursions given the hotel is located in a popular tourist area. The hotel uses an external part-time travel agent who attends for 45 minutes 4 days a week at inconvenient times. - Safety box in the room is rented for $3 a day. In our experience hotels do not charge for this service...
