The property is well maintained and the staff were very helpful in guiding us throughout our stay. The hotel is a short walking distance to the major centre of Malaga. Also, there were a few restaurants and shops right by the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and hope to go back again.

Hotel Guadalmedina was a great base for our brief 2 day stop in Málaga — the location couldn’t have been much better, just a short stroll from both the beautiful old town and the marina. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. While the hotel itself feels a bit dated in style, it was spotlessly clean, and the comfort level / location made up for the aesthetics. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, and the staff were friendly and most helpful, especially in booking a taxi for us to the airport on departure (thank you). All in all, a good stay and in a prime location.

Two nights stay

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The hotel and rooms were clean. You could hear what was going on in the other rooms but the hotel was silent at night so it didn’t really bother that much. Location is very good! Breakfast typical, nothing too fancy but definitely worth it.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located with easy access to train and metro and only 10 minutes walk to old town. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and there is daily room service. All areas are very clean and there is a good variety of food at breakfast. Lots of eating places nearby for other meals.

We really love the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to everything. We took the train in and took the bus out and we were able to walk to both with our suitcases. The staff were nice and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Malaga!!!

Hotel in a good location, staff friendly and cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Our room felt dark, and underwhelming. The shower temperature was unsafe, it went from normal to red hot in a moment. Very unsafe for elderly and children.
