"This is my fourth stay at this complex, which says it all. Each time it excels in every way starting with a warm welcome, beautiful clean tidy and spacious room, great food, a swimming pool to die for (all quite shallow and child friendly) along with another pool, good entertainment both for kids and adults. "Beautifully presented hotel surrounded by well-maintained golf course and close to the beach with distant mountain views. Immaculate, well equipped and comfortable room. Food a little on the pricey side for Spain and food and service in the bar was poor and not good value, overpriced tapas in essence. The bar staff were dour and unfriendly and the standard of service was poor, we were waiting nearly 40 minutes for someone to take our order. Both check-in and check-out was undertaken by two girls who seemed more interested in talking to each other than attending to the matters of timely check-in and check-out. Very confused messages on whether you could or could not smoke anywhere on the premises, but strangely a cigarette vending machine in the lobby area! Mainly due to the attitudes of the staff at the hotel we will definitely not be booking this hotel again. Staff really need to be retrained in offering excellent customer service."

"Excellent front desk and bar staff, very welcoming. Room was on ground floor as requested and room was clean and comfortable. Good selection of drinks at bar but evening meal nor taken due to our late arrival. Breakfast was fresh and offered good choice and it was included in the price of the room unlike many other hotels in the locality. We would certainly book again for an overnight stay close to the airport. Front desk staff also arranged for a taxi for the following morning."

"The hotel had plenty to offer. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very good, although, in my opinion, there were too many Cabanas. Unfortunately there was the age old problem of people hogging sunbeds early and disappearing for a long time (an issue that should be remedied by the removal of towels), besides this irritation, it was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all I'd recommend this hotel. "

"Serious Concerns: - Maid entered room even with "do not disturb" sign displayed - a couple small things went missing, but nothing major. The maid did mix our dirty clothes with clean clothes, mixed my significant other's clothes with mine, and went into her personal bag that had some medication and moved things. The front desk then lied about this saying no one entered even though our beds were made, clothes folded, etc. - AC or other person according to maintenance/security produced very strong cigarette odor on our last day while we were on a day trip to Malaga. Returned to find all of our clothes smelled like cigarettes. Woke up the next morning stuffy (likely due to second hand smoke because the smell was in the hallway of the same floor of the room we were moved to).Walked past the room the next morning and it still smelled like cigarettes (maid was scrubbing down the walls of both that room and the one beside it). - Had to fight with the front desk over the problems and they wouldn't provide a written statement validating the issues. They also made excuses (suggesting it was a kid who may have thrown the do not disturb sign under our door in the maid situation above. They have a camera in the hallway and wouldn't provide a status update for us) - Had to file a formal complaint on my final night when I should have been resting for a flight the next day (they refused my request to have security come to our room and validate the smoke smell... Limited and can't write more"
