"We stayed for 5 nights and the wifi was horrible and not really usable and we were working and the hotel staff was not helpful in finding a resolution to our Wifi problems. The AC also was not initially working and we had to go down to the lobby and ask someone to come fix it. Other than that though, beautiful property, great location and great stay otherwise. "

"Just had a wonderful 3 night break at Taurus Park the staff were all amazing from our check in to our meals and to the cleaning. The food was absolutely fantastic so much variety and plentiful. We had one small issue with the hairdryer but that was resolved. Would definitely highly recommend and would happily stay again thank you everyone at Taurus Park"

"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....

"Everything was great - comfy beds, nice room and bathroom with big powerful shower and the large terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers was a real hit. Hotel did not switch the air-con on until mid way through our holiday and the room was very stuffy. The only let down for the hotel was the swimming pool - it was very large and inviting, but always absolutely freezing cold - there was never anyone in it for this reason. I love swimming and one main reason that I chose this hotel...

The breakfast was wonderful and the only minor criticism I would say is that I found the dinner slightly underwhelming with items overcooked and rather bland. "Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel...

"Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was more of a cafe than restaurant , and the menu of the day only applies at lunchtime, so a bit of a shame. The room was fine but a ‘city view’ It wasn’t. Our room had frosted glass in the windows to shield us from the view of the back of neighbouring apartments and their washing....
