"Awful experience. This hotel should be a ONE star. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts in my life and this has to be one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t alone during my check in, as there was a cockroach checking in beside me on the lobby floor. I told the front desk immediately… the bathroom was full of insects (silverfish), cockroach on my balcony, and despite the hotel advertising that they had Air Conditioning, the AC was not yet turned on (apparently they turn it on in May). The bathroom cleanliness was awful. There was mold across my toilet seat. Upon alerting the front desk the next morning, “Margaret”, she told me that if I had higher expectations then I should have booked another hotel. She was awful and extremely unprofessional! Margaret should NOT be client facing nor in the tourism industry. She cared little for customer satisfaction and shrugged off my concerns completely. The hotel refused to refund me for the night. This hotel is a ONE star, not a THREE star. No air conditioning, poor cleanliness and mold, and cockroach and insect infested. Horrible, do NOT stay here. "

"The property was beautiful - especially the bar and sitting area. Breakfast and dinner was also good. Location was great too. The only item was the acoustics weren’t great in the rooms and we could hear noises outside the room but we were still able to sleep fine. "

"This has to be one of my FAVORITE hotels I have ever stayed in!! The location of the hotel is nice and quiet and feels secluded even though you’re minutes from restaurants in the port. The staff were warm, professional and welcoming, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. My absolute favorite part was the pool deck overlooking the ocean, and next favorite was the incredible breakfast buffet. We were sad to leave and would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It was just so peaceful and beautiful. And the food and drinks were amazing! Per the concierge's recommendation we did a 4 hr hike one day that started from our hotel and took us all the way to Deia, which was a great way to enjoy the scenery and explore Deia without having to drive (we took the bus back)! "

"Breakfast arrangements were frustrating, no tables set on the terrace for guests of 4. Thanks to Sandra for ‘breaking the rules’ to accommodate during our 4 night stay. Bar had limited scope of beverages; no Lemoncello (although available in mini bar!!), no Port. Overall a good hotel and amazing views. Will stay again, although most hotels are excellent in Port de Soller."
