"The view is the top feature of this hotel. Staff were great and it’s very tidy. Pool is good and pool area is good. The beach is by the front steps which is amazing. The only bit not excellent is breakfast. It’s just a bit flat for a 4 star hotel. Example is the orange juice is like watered down cordial when nearly every hotel in spain has fresh squeezed. Everything is diy so food is cold by time you have your food and drinks and toast. It’s ok, but when everything else is great, this could definitely be improved."

"This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. If you are looking for a boutique style hotel in a nice area where you can relax and explore, this is the hotel. Oh and don’t forget to ask about the spa! Overall, I will be staying here again. No complaints. "

"Stayed many times as its value for money. The walk up the hill is short and passes the cheapest/locals bar in the Port. Whilst the public areas are great, the breakfast and dinner good, the rooms are in need of an upgrade, refresh, maintenance. Avoid rooms that end 01 as tiny balconies. "

"What a fantastic stay; from the check all the way through check out, my experience (with my 3 year old daughter) was absolutely flawless. Staff were first class and super attentive, the room and location absolutely perfect with tram station, beach, boat tours and an array of restaurants literally metres away. We will recommend and be back!"

"The property was beautiful - especially the bar and sitting area. Breakfast and dinner was also good. Location was great too. The only item was the acoustics weren’t great in the rooms and we could hear noises outside the room but we were still able to sleep fine. "

"Breakfast arrangements were frustrating, no tables set on the terrace for guests of 4. Thanks to Sandra for ‘breaking the rules’ to accommodate during our 4 night stay. Bar had limited scope of beverages; no Lemoncello (although available in mini bar!!), no Port. Overall a good hotel and amazing views. Will stay again, although most hotels are excellent in Port de Soller."
