"Check in was easy and parking underneath the hotel was good price
Our room was clean with king size bed and everything we needed for a one night stay
We appreciated the complimentary vouchers for a drink at the bar and coffee the next morning
Our only issue was the carpet by the bathroom door was damp and the bathroom smelt a little ‘off’
We did mention this on check out so hopefully it will be sorted (room 228)"

The desk staff could not have been kinder, including taking our many pieces of luggage up to the third floor (no elevator)
