"Service was great from pull up in drive. Very attentive. Could do unofficial check in and get keys for late official check in after 3pm. Bags held in storage for first park day and delivered to room for late night arrival. Beautiful hotel one stop from DisneySea. Loved the quick breaky pastry and coffee/hot caramel option in lieu of sit down on park mornings. Handy shuttle to monorail which we used to save legs at end of day as end of 2 week trip. Had quad room and it worked for short 2 day...

"I tried staying at this hotel in April. We arrived and it was overcrowded. When I checked in, they booked us a smoking room and had no other rooms available. We evaluated the room and smell and decided to stay the night after a long travel day. My mother unpacked her belongings and went to plug her phone in, to find that the plugs did not work. She called maintenance when came quickly but said the problem was in the wall and there was no way to fix the outlets. How does one stay in a room when...

"Clean and very modern building, amazing breakfast buffet, helpful staffs… I loved the selection of amenities they had!! Location is fantastic too! Recommend anyone who need easy access from station!"

"Breakfast was mediocre and the same items was served everyday for the week of stay. The hotel was surrounded by bars and bunch of drunks walking around. The male patrons of the bar would urinate nearby the hotel. It was disgusting. If I had known this hotel was near the red light district, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I don't think this hotel is worth four stars."

"東京タワーが良く見え、美しく、55年前を思いだし、懐かしく思いました。朝食は大変美味しくいただきました。また、スタッフの対応も気持ち良かったです。 気になったのが2点ありました。連泊でしたので、出入口ドアノブに清掃お願いの札を掛けておいたのですが、空のペット3本、空缶1個をコーヒーメーカー隣りに置いておきましたがそのままでした。ゴミ箱に入れて置かなかったためなのか? また、丸テーブルの上のグラス2個は口を上にして置いてありました。取り替えてなかったように見えました。"
