"The property is beautiful and conveniently located. Staff are kind, polite and helpful. Cleanliness mostly was fine. The shower floor is a concrete looking stone which is hard to see if it's cleaned and there was hair still on the drain. "

I loved the vintage vibe, the private beach!!, the great customer service (Charlotte, David, Melissa), clean rooms with the best water pressure on a shower/immediate hot water, cute back patio area, attentive housekeeping, on-site dining options, bikes, and proximity to town & other sites. "My second stay here. Lovely boutique type hotel. Rooms are very clean, with a warm/luxury beach vibe decor. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was very good as well. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Check in easy. We arrived late and they must have been expecting us as they greeted us by name. Very expensive given it’s in Hampton Bays and not in West ie South Hampton, but it is about 15 mins to either Westhampton or South Hampton so easy enough to enjoy both towns from there. And...

"This place is an absolute gem. Four big bedrooms, a brand new kitchen and washer/dryer, lovely renovated interior, and huge fluffy towels in excess! A huge backyard with plenty of toys for little ones and a big patio table and chairs to enjoy amazing grilled dinners from the new gas BBQ grill was a huge plus.
