"The hotel was not worth the price we paid. The room was quite small, and access to the amenities was not included, despite the high room rate. We were told that using the pool would cost an additional $20 per person, per visit. Breakfast was also priced at $40 per person, which is extremely expensive by Japanese standards. Overall, the hotel was overpriced, and the quality, amenities, and overall experience did not justify the cost. It was disappointing and offered poor value for money."

"Beautiful hotel in the bustling streets of Shinjuku. Lovely staff, clean and close to all the trains, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar put the icing on the cake."

"Quiet area. Close to train station. Convenience store attached to hotel. The room was better than other alternatives I looked at."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. It’s conveniently located in Shinjuku, a quick walk to just about everything and close to the train station. The staff is very helpful and check in/out was a breeze. They were also able to forward our luggage onto Kyoto very quickly and easily (and cheaply). We would definitely stay here again."

"Todo bien"

"Staff was very nice a the train station was also near by"

"Hotel was so clean , super helpful staff. Everything was well thought out, we even had umbrellas for when it rained for all hotel guests."

"We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful. There was a cab waiting downstairs all day and made it very fast to go to places. Convenient to some great shopping."
