"Clean, great location. Best value"

"This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer."

"All communication was directed through apps that did not work. Telephone communication was machine answer and long waits with no resolution when a human was reached. There was no onsite assistance available. Yet I was charged a resort fee. There were maintenance issues and they never responded. A smoke alarm was going off continuously when we arrived. That was considered nonemergent. We were forced to climb on a rickety chair to remove it. I wonder what the fire Marshal in New Braunfels would...

"I was in town for work for the week and while looking for a hotel, found this awesome apartment for what I would have spent on a hotel. Less in fact, but it offered so much more. I don't think I will pick hotels as long as this is available for future trips. Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. "

"Absolutely one of the best places to stay in the area. "

"This was a falsely advertised property. It is shared space with another unit. It is terribly stocked. Didn't even have salt or pepper or very basic kitchen supplies. Everything is very cheaply stocked. The management company didn't even give us more than a few rolls of toilet paper. And the water pressure is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS."

"Everything exceeded our expectations!"
