"Two plastic cups in the room. No room service. No coffee/tea making facilities unless you discover a QR code under smoked glass on one side of the bed. Breakfast minimum $57 per person and about the standard of a motel. Even the "Hostess" agreed that, at the price, some lox would be appropriate with the stale bagels. Not Hyatt standard. VERY DISAPPOINTED."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."
