"Excellent location! The airport bus drops off right in front of the hotel, and there's an underground passage directly to Shinjuku Station — so easy to travel with luggage and you don't have to walk in the street when it rains. Super convenient for exploring Tokyo."

"I LOVED this hotel! From the service to the amenities, everything was fantastic! I’ll be staying here again for sure! Thank you Hotel Metropolitan Oimachi Tracks!!"

"Pickeball, theatre, tennis, bowling, in front of large train, subway stations, very convenient, but huge, with 3 big towers! So, expect many people inside everywhere"

"Centrally located, basic but has everything you need"

"The hotel itself was clean and very well maintained. Location was super convenient. Loved the fact that it's connected to the Shimbashi station underground, although the signage in the underground shopping area wasn't the greatest, and it took us quite some time to find our way the first time. "The hotel is really beautiful. The rooms are very nice and clean. Very close to the subway and many restaurants around it. The staff was always helpful and the breakfast was on point everyday. The onsen spa is very nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended."

"Always feels like home. Accommodating to children."

"Attractive clean hotel in a central location."

"Hotel is less than 5 minutes away from Tokyo tower by walking. I really like the breakfast buffet. Very clean and kind staff."

"Staff were always helpful and friendly. The property was excellently located right across from the Skytree train station and mall and was also on top of a grocery store (a great place to get more affordable snacks, food and beauty products). The daily breakfast buffet options were a little limited, but always tasty. The waffle maker was a popular and delicious addition. I would've loved some more traditional Japanese options. Rooms were clean and had room to open two suitcases (a rarity I'm told...
