"Fantastic stay! Staff were attentive and friendly … this included frontline staff to cleaning staff. Our east wing family room was perfect for our family of 5 and the location of the hotel was situated in an accessible spot to take the subway to get to all the tourist spots we planned for. "

"I travelled with my wife and kids and 2 adult family members. The Shinagawa Prince has the best location with the convenient eateries around. There is a small shopping center nearby to keep the kids busy but 7/11 downstairs has to be the best feature of all. Looking forward to returning ! "

"Beautiful hotel, only 3 stops from Tokyo station. Friendly staff, spa was a little hot for summer days but relaxing. More Laundry facilities are needed for the size of hotel. Overalls a great stay and recommend."

"Enjoyed my stay at Tokyo Dome. Close to several train stops and was able to visit all areas of Tokyo. Lots of stores and food options as well as a 24 hour Don Quixote very close. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels, water and toiletries were provided for my 11 day stay. Hotel also assisted with coordination taxi back to airport. Everyone I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommended this hotel. Starbucks and 711 is very close. Laundry on 7th floor was convenient too."

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."
