"The location is the best thing about the property. It is 5-10 min walk away from the underground station and has many subway lines that you can take. The property is modern and next to a Pret for a quick coffee in the morning and a short walk to many nice restaurants. When we arrived, check in was fast but when we got to our room, I was disappointed that I did not get the king bedroom that I reserved. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was told that the king beds in London are smaller than...

"The room was very small, and the bigger problem is that it gets extremely hot during the day. There's no air conditioning, and the windows only open partway, so there's no way to cool the room down or get proper airflow. I didn't sleep well the whole stay. Housekeeping was also a letdown — the towels had stains on them and hair, so I ended up drying myself with napkins. That's not something you expect at any price point. "Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the food was great! I will definitely be booking again."

"Would stay again. Next to the train tracks but train was not raining at night. Very clean. Windows can open for fresh air. Has everything we need. Breakfast was decent. Everyone working there was very nice"

"Slight problem with self check-in was rapidly resolved by a very helpful guy on reception. Room was fine although I personally wished to lower the ac but that was resistant - fortunately and gratefully able to open a window slightly. The guy running the cafe bar in reception was very keen to help and made a good impression. The location was perfect for an early start the following day. Overall a good experience."
