"They don’t tell you until check in that you need to reserve time at the pool. They also don’t keep the pool area clean from the water from the kids jumping even though it says no jumping or running."

"The room was very small, and the bigger problem is that it gets extremely hot during the day. There's no air conditioning, and the windows only open partway, so there's no way to cool the room down or get proper airflow. I didn't sleep well the whole stay. Housekeeping was also a letdown — the towels had stains on them and hair, so I ended up drying myself with napkins. That's not something you expect at any price point. "Everything went pretty well overall. Best in mind there is no swimming pool, and the bell desk team lost all of our luggage until I expressed some anger and frustration. Then, magically, they found the luggage somewhere on property bringing us our stuff minus 2 items. By the time it was all sorted out, we easted and hour and almost missed our flight."
