"Beautiful rooms and property. The size of the rooms were fantastic. We had a wonderful stay! I only deducted a star because there’s no room service and some of the vending machines are inside the onsen area, so they aren’t accessible by both men and women on particular days. Also be aware that only one onsen has a Mountain View, and it may not be your day to use it if you’re a man or woman,"

"We loved it here! So relaxing after a few busy days in Tokyo. Food is amazing and plentiful, and the onsen literally felt healing"

"Beautiful room with a lovely view and private onsen."

"料理がとても美味しくお酒もとても進みました。 熱燗をスタッフを呼んで作ってもらうのが少し手間だと感じたので、 客側で作れるようにレンジか湯煎器を置いていただけると最高です🍶"

"An amazing experience from start to finish! The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk from the train station and main street—with a beautiful river view. The facilities and amenities are exceptionally well maintained and clean. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for families, honeymoons, anniversaries, and more. It’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!"

"The property itself is really nice and they offer pick up/drop off from Gora station. Breakfast was good. There isn’t a lot around this hotel so it seems best for those planning to stay at the hotel for meals/amenities/etc. They offer scheduled drop offs at Odawara train station but it’s only convenient for those going back to Tokyo (we were headed to Kyoto and had to take the city bus instead)."

"Soggiorno bellissimo e struttura unica nel suo genere. Cucina ottima e personale molto cordiale. Servizi nettamente sopra la media. Peccato averci passato una sola notte"

"Lovely room, garden and delicious meals!"

"Very clean property and friendly staff with lots of amenities. It’s also nice being so close to KamaKura Station."

"Loved our stay. The views from the rooms are amazing."
