"Probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. The hotel’s architecture and details are right on the spot. Not to mention the food and the fantastic view of Mt.Fuji, just wow, stunning! Definitely worth my time, and I am planning to return with my wife. "

"歴史のある旅館に宿泊出来て満足です。ちり1つ落ちてない綺麗な館内でしたが1つだけ残念だったのが乾燥してたので空気清浄機を使用したのですが空気清浄機はホコリだらけでした。スタッフは外国人が多いようで室内での設備の説明時もお客様を立たせたままでした。外国人労働者に頼っているのでしかたないかなぁ〜　全体的には◯です。"
