"I really didn’t use the extra “amenities” I was charged for with the exception of the WiFi which was to typically cutting out in the evening, I think a lot of these charges should be optional for guests as I did not have use for them. The room was typically small for a NY hotel but comfortable. There was a private event while I was there so rooftop was closed to guests. Hallways were full of housekeeping supplies. Area was safe. "The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. "Very convenient location for Sightseeing and eateries. Room is quiet. Bed is comfortable. Despite not having a handheld shower head, the water flow was good for showering and good drainage. Front lobby is small with no bathroom provided. Can arrange car service to the airport."
