"Once elegant now a popular spot, the hotel offers a great rooftop bar, a sun deck and pool for guests, a nice restaurant, an adequate workout room and lovely public areas with music, seating and areas for conversation or relaxing. The guest rooms are New York small, with furnishings decades old, pealing wallpaper, strangely set up sinks with the facet too close to the basin so they spray up, showers that get the floor wet and limited room amenities - no coffee makers."

"Hotel is very busy, which is fine except for the fact that there are only a few elevators, and they take 20 minutes to get to your floor…if you’re lucky!"

"The service was practically nonexistent during our stay. We waited for hours at the pool just trying to get towels. Our room was set up for four guests, yet we were only provided with two towels. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but the phone just continued to ring with no answer. To make matters worse, on our last night there was a leak coming from the ceiling directly above the bed. Water was dripping on me while I was sleeping and actually woke me up because I was getting wet....

"Okay enough but Low key sullen front desk. No one answered housekeeping extension. Slightly busted-ragged towels, loose toilet paper roll dispenser, etc. Came back one night and elevators were malfunctioning"
