"The room was clean and quite big actually. Under the beds there are boxes in which you can lock your belongings - since they have to fit under the beds, they aren't big enough for a suitcase, but perhaps a backpack or bag can fit. The shower and restroom were very clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful; there's also a bar with food and drinks, which I didn't try but is definitely helpful if you need a quick bite. The area is perfect, it's far enough from the centre to be quiet at night, but...

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice and clean as all of us have dust allergies so I am always extremely particular on the cleanliness of a property and this did not disapoint. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft. They gave us a balcony room as requested after I made my booking, so we were extremely pleased with that. The property maintanance manager was there as soon as we came to check in and she was lovely and helpful. The location was a 16 minute walk from Oxford Street which was ideal. The...

"Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore...

"Die Wohnung war sauber ausgestattet mit billigen IKEA Möbeln, Lage sehr zentral. Leider haben wir das Depot von 800 EUR bis heute nicht zurückerhalten. Daher kann ich Diesen Vermieter nicht empfehlen. Ich würde abraten eine dieser Wohnungen zu buchen."

"NEVER book this place! I messaged them about early checkin, they said it won’t be possible and it was fine with us. We arrived somewhere close outside the property (no clear directions on where it is). Waited an hour with my kids in a restaurant and they finally messaged that they had a glitch in their system and that the apartment is not available. I had to book another hotel last minute. Never book this property. They are not reliable. Awful experience with these people"
