The day I left de hotel I forgot my jacket in the closet, I contact them 2 hours later I leave the place and they told me the cleaning lady wasn’t finished so I have to call again tomorrow so I did and well… they literally stole it!, 3 days waiting for a call from them that never happened, and when they finally answer the phone it was just to find out that the people working there stole a jacket, that’s a shame!,"

"Having paid for a reservation several months ago for two nights 24-26th June when I checked in I was told there was no room available. The receptionist claimed there was an IT issue but the hotel was very busy so clearly other people had been checked in. The apology was absolutely minimal, no compensation and no effort made to inform me in the days leading up to the reservation there was an issue. I found the whole experience highly unacceptable for a global corporation to behave letting me down...

"Excellent location for walking to most sites in Bath. Complimentary breakfast was ample. Room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet and effective, which was appreciated as we arrived in a heat wave."

"We received a lovely welcome when we checked in and we were upgraded to a larger room with a waterside view. The hotel is perfectly located for the Bristol Sounds events and provides easy access to a wide range of food and drink options. We booked for bed and breakfast and we are glad we did, the buffet breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold choices and the breakfast room is delightful."
