Staff are warm and professional and rooms are spacious, a great value for the price."

We booked ARK at an amazing price very last minute due to needing to stay in london in an emergency and we ended up staying for 3 extra nights. The facilities were superb and would probably live there if we could. Will definitely be back!!"

"We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and professional throughout. We had a lovely room 1205 and the view across London was amazing. Unfortunately we were disturbed on both nights by the family in the next room. They obviously had small children and the mother mostly was screaming at them to be quiet.
