"The hotel was good. Shuttle was good as well. It runs every half hour. I don’t know why people had made bad reviews on it. We were totally fine. It was quiet clean. The staff were very helpful. Recommend this day very close to the airport."

"Stay away from this hotel. What a disaster this is a Westin only in name, highway motel in reality."

"staff was nice besides one lady she was rude with a attitude but other than that the"

"Had a very nice anniversary trip! Excellent hotel, the room was beautiful with a lovely view. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close to a lot of things if you don’t mind walking. We walked from the hotel up to the Castro District. The BART station is right down the street if you don’t want to have a car in SF."

"Clean & good location"
