One of the best views in the area in the middle of Interlaken ost train station & harder kulm on one side and shops and restaurants on the other. "Honestly this is the best hotel we have stayed in Europe by far! The view is stunning, room is spacious, clean & comfy. They have the most delicious breakfast buffet with very nice and professional staff. Also need to mention the male front desk staff who did check-out process for us was super friendly and even gave us some water and a jam. Small things make hospitality memorable ;) "

"We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. "
