Their staff cleaned our whole room, changed beds and gave extra towels and sheets; they were so helpful we appreciated it. Breakfast is really nice too and easy to help yourself "

"We knew that we had booked a room without a view. We were delighted with the room, which had been recently re-done. It was spacious and spotlessly clean.The rest of the hotel had undergone a refurb too and looked wonderful. The main thing to commend was the staff, who were delightful, friendly and helpful. This was especially so with the breakfast staff, who were a credit to you."
