The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage for us while we were on our trek and when we returned, our luggage was in a room ready for us to jump into bed with hot water bottles and chocolates on the pillows. It was really fantastic. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a foreign country especially considering the price. I highly recommend it! The staff was also amazing, the dining was terrific, and overall the hotel was super charming. "

I speak a little Spanish but not good enough for every scenario so it was a delight for the staff to speak a more familiar language. The property was beautiful and the room was incredibly clean.
