"Our room was very well maintained. We appreciated Henry's welcome and orientation as well as he helped my wife when she came down with altitude sickness and provided the oxygen tank when she needed it early in the morning. We also liked the complimentary breakfast and our server was very helpful and our extra orders for food was cooked to perfection. Our room was cleaned regularly. The issues we had were that we never received the iron we requested. All other hotels immediately provided an iron...

"While the room was clean and the staff friendly, there was an issue with the hot water pressure in the shower of my unit. Hot water would work for 3-4 mins before a blast of cold water would occur before going back to hot water."

"Definitely not a 4 star hotel, rooms are outdated, esp. bathroom. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They have an oxygen tank available for altitude sickness."

"This is a very charming hotel. Nice view from the common area and patio. The best part is the staff though. They were very accommodating, warm, and helpful with every request I had including oxygen. They offer boxed breakfast if you need to leave early (even at 3 AM!) for excursions. They also arranged pick-up to and from the airport for me. Great location, close to main square and good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall, the stay was okay. However, it was sometimes difficult to leave the accommodation, especially when we had activities or tours scheduled in the morning. Most of the time, the host was sleeping, so we had to wait for him to wake up and unlock the door for us."

"La única pena es que costaba que a veces no llegaba agua caliente a la habitacion. Por lo demás, maravilloso"

"Personnel affable et serviable. Extrêmement propre et super bien localisé à proximiter de tou"

"Wonderful oasis in the middle of Cusco. The best hotel we stayed at in our recent trip to South America."

"El lugar tiene los servicios basicos. El cuarto que nos toco estaba debajo del departamento de los dueños. Todo se escucha, hasta cuando le jalan al baño. Tienen un perro que se mueve para arriba y para abajo y se escucha todos los ruidos."

"We LOVED this crazy, eclectic, unique place. Victor was awesome, very helpful and spoke excellent English. He gave us tips on how to make the most of our shopping time. The breakfast was amazing!"
