"long distance of walking required throughout the property. long wait for shuttles. No beach towels at the entrance to the beach area, need to walk far end of the pool to get one. Mitra restaurant had buffet but replenishments of the food was horrible. Small quantity placed. low quality liquor. Must purchase upgrade to get premium liquors. Specialty restaurants were excellent, food was outstanding and the service was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. You must ask for beach chair at the...

"We stayed at the property to attend a conference. The property was nice and the staff very friendly."

"The staff was exceptional, felt like you were part of the family for a short time !! There are a few resort cats who we might have renamed while we were there 🐈‍⬛😂 The beach that is not swimmable is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time there . Our room was lovely and someone always made sure we had extra towels"

"Es un hotel fenomenal, su ubicación permite unos atardeceres increíbles. El servicio y trato de sus colaboradores es muy cálido y cordial, realmente se esmeran por que uno se sienta bien. Deberían considerar cambiar los aires acondicionados de los cuartos por que están viejos y casi no enfrían. Tuvimos problemas con el primer cuarto asignado, nos cambiaron y el otro estaba igual."

"We loved The Guilded Iguana for so many reasons! The staff is excellent, the restaurant food is exceptional, and the property is gorgeous and well maintained. We will definitely be back!!!"

"It was good to have breakfast included with my stay however there were more negatives than positives. My hotel room bathroom needs some work, a little too much standing water when showering. TV, there were two tv remotes and neither of them could find a channel that worked. Club music close by could be heard so if your one to sleep early this maybe challenging. Parking is street parking, be prepared at night to be greeted by some fellas on the hanging out demanding money to park on the streets...

"Great place to stay in Nosara 👍"

"Nice hotel, room was clean, location is easy walk to the beach. Free parking infront with security at night. Staff was great and helpful. Bar was quiet though but was expected since we were traveling low season/rainy season. Overall recommend this spot."

"We had a great week at Esh! The staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved the property and the pool. We made use of the sauna and cold plunge daily. We even saw monkeys while hanging out on the property. Yeh breakfast was delicious and plentiful keeping us full to start the day. Although the probably is a bit outside of town, the shuttle service is convenient to get to and from t e Esh to town."

"alles Super."

"A very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The road getting there is a little rough but manageable. We were there in the low season but the place was still upkept very nicely."

"All great. One of those rare places that's even better than you expected from the pictures."

"The lady that makes breakfast in the mornings was incredible. She was so sweet and attentive and it made our experience very amazing. The breakfasts were big and so yummy!!"
