"The room was very small, and the bigger problem is that it gets extremely hot during the day. There's no air conditioning, and the windows only open partway, so there's no way to cool the room down or get proper airflow. I didn't sleep well the whole stay. Housekeeping was also a letdown — the towels had stains on them and hair, so I ended up drying myself with napkins. That's not something you expect at any price point. "Wow! We loved this hotel! The location, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the ambiance and vibe! The lobby is a thriving epicenter abuzz with local, young, professional, remote workers on their laptops and ear buds taking up almost all the couches, chairs and tables in the extra large space. Then come end of the workday, the bar was abuzz with the young professionals enjoying their pints together. It made for a fun local (not touristy) atmosphere! The staff were really helpful...

"The hotel had a grand entrance but the rooms were small and cramped. The food served in the restaurant was decent and price was on point. Due check your check out bill as I charged my dinner's to my room and was charged for a steak and lobster meal which I did not have. I had some chicken wings and my travel colleague had a chicken sandwich."
