"Prestation conforme, surclassé pour la nuit, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Bonne localisation et bien desservi par les transports. Recommandé."

"We arrived a couple hours early and the staff made sure we didn't have to wait long to get our room. We had extended our stay and had two separate reservations. They made it easy to just stay right where we were with no hassle. Very attentive and helpful staff!!"

"This hotel was close to so many great things. We were able to see the Tower Bridge right from our balcony and could walk to it in just a couple minutes. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Raul was amazing and gave us so many great ideas and information. His enthusiasm for the city got us so excited to get out and explore."

"Our two nights were very nice. Clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy but the A/C system was turned off so the room got a bit stuffy. Wonderful location."

"This place was great and very convenient to spend a night at Heathrow. Clean and quiet rooms."
