"Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Zermatt in the future."
"Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning.
