"The bathroom is stupidly designed"

"We had a lake view room and the view of the lake was very nice. The location is good but you do have to walk up a bit of a steep hill to return from the city center. It is a short distance and helps you to walk off your Fergburger. The hotel is modern and clean and has a helpful staff. Parking is very limited so reserve early. There is free street parking around the area but you may have to walk a bit."

"Close to town, clean and tidy small room at just 15 sm. Sliding door to the toilet was below expectation in addition to glass separating the shower and toilet from the bedroom."

"Staff was very helpful with baggage and checkout. Always nice to stay here 😀"

"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed. Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."

"Lovely central location, gorgeous mountain views."

"Very small room and minuscole bathroom. The kettle was dirty and we had to throw our chamomile away because it was disgusting. Close to the airport and clean."

"Great location and motel has 3 beds and almost like an apartment as it has kitchen!"

"Staff was friendly and helped my check-in quick after a long trip there. The room service food was excellent. Clean and spacious room with a view."

"The property needs some TLC, adequate is the best word to describe it. Our room had the most amazing view. It’s a 25 minute walk into the main centre and it’s up a hill on the way back. There is a bus that runs every 10/15 mins to the centre for those who don’t feel like the walk. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. We loved where the hotel was and the staff were brilliant."

"Parking available which is great for leaving the car and walking into town to save on paging for parking. Great views. The room was large and more spacious than expected. Room was clean and warm for the chilly nights. Bathroom has a bath shower a decent height off the floor probably not best for those with mobility issues. Close to town and easy walk with a slight hill."

"We were told that our room was on second floor so we carried all our luggage & groceries up to 2nd floor only to find our unit was on 1st floor, so had to lug everything down after disturbing people in unit we were told we were in. Parking spot was difficult to park in & get out. Shower temp was scalding no matter how we adjusted handle or how long it ran so couldn’t shower. Living room needs update on furniture & carpet was dirty & coming up in doorway to hall to bathroom. Didn’t feel like...

"Great new hotel"

"Great hotel with nice staff"

"The hotel was so bad thet the whole front desk was smelling with restaurant food. The room did not have any amenities. I had bad experiences with all Ramada hotels during my trip. The quality was worst than Motel6. I will not Ramada in future."

"We enjoyed our stay , very convenient location for lunches and dinners , walking distance to the Gandola and various shopping and bars. The rooms are a bit run down. The floor carpets look really worn out, the bathroom has bathtub for showers a bit inconvenient. The Brekky buffet was really nice."
