"We stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite. Room was spacious and we loved the couch/lounger seating. Bed was comfortable, mini bar was well stock and reasonably prices. Expressor machine was nice to have the bathroom was very good."

Stephanie helped us to solve problem and she sent us to do Hampshire Radisson Blu in central London. She even insisted to pay taxi fee from Vanderbilt to Hampshire... "Great location close distance of some of the iconic attractions of London. Also has a 24 hour market which it’s very convenient."

"Our initial family room was too small to fit the pull out couch and suitcases. There were no lamps or decorative comforter/pillows on the bed. We found some crumbs and a stain on the bed. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager switched our room which is why we realized the room wasn’t even decorated properly. We were very disappointed with our initial experience."
