They all seemed happy in their work, and a credit to your company. The room was good, the bed massive, and the shower powerful. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and cooked food. One of the best we’ve had. The evening meal was also very good, great choice, quickly served and a reasonable price Overall, very happy. "

"Very pleasant stay! Easy, free parking directed by a concierge Easy check in, arrived early and our room was ready for us. Room was spotless and very well maintained, had everything we needed and a lovely view of the castle. All staff very pleasant and helpful when needed including the bar staff in the Redwood bar which was a lovely peaceful experience with a a great selection of whisky to just relax at the end of the night.
