"Very good quality hotel. We stayed in the upgraded rooms. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Duomo. Parking garage 2 minutes away 28 euro a day. If you drive there by not electric car you will pay 7 euro a day tax. Breakfast is good but pricy, you can eat out cheaper, roof top restaurant is good , but pricy as well. Over all is a very good hotel."
"الفندق جميل ومقابل البحيره لكن يوجد نوعين غرف ببلكونه وهي جميله جدا وبغير بلكونه سئيه وكانه فندق نجمتين ومكتومه لانصح ابدا بالحجز بغير بلكونه سكنا يومين وكل يوم وضعونا بغرفه مره ببلكونه ومره بدون وطلبنا وضعنا اليومين ببلكونه وتم الرفض واثاث الغرف قديم ومتهالك"
"I like that the rooms were spacious. The staff was very nice. My room was had ants in it, I mentioned this to the front desk early in the morning. The hotel offered to change rooms or they would re-clean the room and put down an insecticide. I opted for the latter because I was going out for the day. After returning in the evening I saw even more ants in my room! I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The new room was ant free but the temperature would not cool below 24 degrees...
"Room/property relatively new and clean. Air conditioning did not work well and was controlled at the front desk, it seemed as if they controlled a timer or something. Breakfast I did not like due to various items sausage, bacon available was way undercooked"
"The front desk staff at night were wonderful, but on the contrary, those working in the morning were rather unpleasant. We were entitled to a room upgrade but they refused to give it"

"El alojamiento estaba alejado del centro, pero tienes una boca de metro bastante cerca. Además al lado tienes un supermercado abierto todos los días de la semana y con un horario muy amplio.
La habitación era bastante pequeña y el aire acondicionado no es que fuera el mejor del mundo...bastante anticuado, por lo que no daba a basto."

dit stond echter erg in contrast met het andere personeel wat wel erg vriendelijk was.
Die man hoort niet thuis in dit Hotel, dit verdient geen enkele gast.
