"This is a standard, mid-range hotel on a business park. Telford town centre is a 10-minute walk away. It is a modern retail centre, dominated by the big brands with no independent shops/restaurants/pubs. Fine, if that's your thing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous but standard. This is a one-night stay hotel for a specific purpose, not a tourist hotel"

"Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool. To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too! All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. This will be a regular stop off for us whilst visiting my daughter in Liverpool. All I can say is Thank you . Lisa, Lee and Finley x"

"The room we had was fairly run down. In particular it had a strong and unpleasant odour. At first we thought having the windows open would help. But part way through the night the smell was so terrible we were awake. In the morning we realised it must have been mildew and mold. Some of the glass window pains had black mould, not only around the edges but in the middle of the glass. We left pretty early because we couldn't be in the room anymore. "Clean room comfortable bed. Tea coffee and biscuits provided and bottled water by bedside. Didn’t eat at hotel as out and didn’t book Breakfast as only staying one night. Pleasantly surprised and can see hotel has been refurbished. Would stay again if needed room in that area. More information could be provided on parking and where to access barrier before arrival That would help"
