"The room appeared to be very clean but there was a lot of dust that had accumulated like it had been awhile since it was clean. There was no shampoo or conditioner. It was well stocked for cooking. We had a great experience with Maverick when we checked in and he helped us with our baggage, all the way to the room. He was friendly and informative Benjamin was great too as he gave a a tour of the property. He was very knowledgeable."

They made us feel special and we truly appreciated the treatment. Room was very clean and comfortable and a great location for our plans. Thanks Signia San Jose, we will be back. "
