"Nice Hotel, I wish I knew it was under construction, little noisy at times. You will hear the airplanes since you are so close to the airport. Parking garage is convenient, Food is a bit pricy, staff was friendly. if you are looking to walk around this is a bit out of the way of restaurants, we always get a car so would stay again after upgrades are complete"

"The property was in a very nice location. The staff was mostly very kind and serviceable. There was one pool bar waiter who said, "I don't get paid enough to serve when it is raining." On a couple of days, the elevator was not working properly. It would constantly skip the 9th floor. In order to get it to come up, I had to press both the up and down buttons. Other than those two issues, a great time was had. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Kimberly at the pool bar is a rockstar."

"Absolutely love that you have beach access and are able to use both the Hilton garden inn amenities as well as hotel condados. We had a great stay, staff was amazing and there are so many amazing restaurants within a 10 min walk. "

"Excellent stay! The staff of the reception was polite and very helpful, considering that our flight was delayed by 1 day. We paid for the evening even though we missed the first evening, but I understand that’s not the hotel fault. The food at Kueros, the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the service was top notch as well. Hotel is in a great location. Definitely my hotel of choice when we come back to San Juan! "
