"The property is in a brilliant location for exploring Porto!!! We stayed in a garden view room with a balcony and it was very well laid out, spacious comfortable, clean and tidy. The bed was magic, the towels were fluffy and clean. The stay were kind and friendly from reception to the cleaning crew. Really enjoyed our stay"

"New hotel but historical building with lots of charm. It is situated at a very convenient location, can go to most of the attractions by foot. The room I had was very spacious but it was very hot. The front desk lady refused to do anything for us and we had to drag till 11pm before we could change to another room. Other than her, the other front desk staff are friendly and helpful. To me , the housekeeping could do a better job. Water was not replenished and tissue paper was out. Wish she could be more attentive. One more thing I want to mention is that the shower floor is very slippery, be cautious. Maybe hotel can do something about it before any accident happens. "

"We had a lovely 3 nights here, staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful and clean. There is road work being done outside the building so there is some noise, but with the windows closed it wasn’t too bothersome."

"Excellent Hotel for a city break in Porto, close to main railway/metro station, easy 20min walk to Riverside. Hotel is Clean, staff are great, hotel is modern, rooms are lovely, espresso machine and tea/coffee included in room, free in room safe, rooms serviced daily and a lovely sky terrace on top floor (bring your own drinks as bar was closed but you can still sit in the outside space and enjoy the views) Highly recommend this hotel. "
