"The property is in a brilliant location for exploring Porto!!! We stayed in a garden view room with a balcony and it was very well laid out, spacious comfortable, clean and tidy. The bed was magic, the towels were fluffy and clean. The stay were kind and friendly from reception to the cleaning crew. Really enjoyed our stay"

"New hotel but historical building with lots of charm. It is situated at a very convenient location, can go to most of the attractions by foot. The room I had was very spacious but it was very hot. The front desk lady refused to do anything for us and we had to drag till 11pm before we could change to another room. Other than her, the other front desk staff are friendly and helpful. To me , the housekeeping could do a better job. Water was not replenished and tissue paper was out. Wish she could be more attentive. One more thing I want to mention is that the shower floor is very slippery, be cautious. Maybe hotel can do something about it before any accident happens. "
