"The location is very close to the light train station, just 10 minutes walk. All tourist attractions and restaurants are of walking distance, very convenient indeed. "Very well positioned accommodation, only 5 x minutes walk from Trindade metro station which is on the direct metro line from the airport. The area seems a bit run down but actually is fine and there are a few bars/restaurants along the street if you don't always want to go into central Porto for dinner etc. Very nice welcome when we arrived and the building is lovely and traditional and well decorated as was our room. Breakfast was also great, a good selection of breads/fruit/yoghurts etc...

Unfortunately however it is very noisy as it is right next to a bar and located in a popular street for nightlife. Additionally, since it is not really a hotel, there is no one on site to deal with any issues. Our air conditioning was not working so we needed to open the windows, therefore unable to avoid the noises. If having a spacious room and a small kitchen at a reasonable price is important...
