"When we checked in we were not made aware that we needed to separately register our car - apparently we should have been handed / directed to a tablet to do this. Consequently we received a parking “fine” letter; however the hotel dealt with this very promptly after I phoned them about this. So be aware of the need to register your car! Great location, we chose a superior Tudor room and it was lovely. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious and felt luxurious "

Really close to many shops & M5 etc. Roll out bed really good quality, and the main bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever used for my painful back. Would use again. Thank you! "
