"Overall a decent place to sleep. The warm cookies upon arrival was a nice touch. My only complaint is they seem to nickel and dime you to death for everything. $35 per day for parking and no other option available, $3 for a bottle of water in the room, $5 for a cup of coffee in the lobby (but at least you can make 2 cups in your room), $2.50 for a box of cereal and $4 for the milk."

"The hotel is at a perfect location cause the kids love Chinatown, pier 39 and Oracle park. It was very clean comfortable and the staff was above and beyond the valet remembered my name and greeted me when I return and was very politely chatful with the kids. Kids can be picky with food but they loved the breakfast buffet. They also put out games to play with in the lobby. I will definitely be back here again and recommend to all my friends. "

"Lovely hotel located so conveniently close to Moscone center and Metreon and SF MoMa. You are also within walking distance of good eateries. The corner room had a breathtaking view of the surrounding area and it was so cute and clean. Bed was comfortable as well. We had two complementary drinks at the bar as well. Overall I enjoyed our stay at W and will stay here again for sure. "

"I had a week long stay. My room, including bathroom was clean, cozy, with a kettle and accoutrements for making coffee, which was a nice surprise! It can be a bit noisy, as the walls and floors are 'thin'. The location is convenient to lots of great food options and the campus. The hotel restaurant menu is limited, and the hotel cafe has few options, too. Service at both is very slow. I'd stay at this hotel again. "
