"The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. When we did purchase a day pass for the beach it was completely packed (not private in the least) The Inclusive food and drinks were horrific including a disturbing buffet...

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water...

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. "This trip was great for a group of us wanting to stay in the same place. It provided us plenty of space to cook meals, rest, and play in our own private pool. It is part of a larger resort with access to several larger pools, activities, food, drinks, and beach. It is a full house with fridge, kitchen, grill, and dining room table. However, they don't provide water, or any easy ways to get a large amount of water that a group of 8 needs. They also don't provide dish soap, dishwasher...
