"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just to list a few reasons: Most fans in bed-rooms not working (not ideal in warm Mexico) AC in a few rooms not working. No hot water in any bathrooms. It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website.
