"Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. "Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at, especially at this price point. The hotel was extremely clean. The view was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities provided everything you needed. What I valued the most were the little details. This resort thought of everything to make a guest's stay more enjoyable.
