We loved our stay here as an American family of four with teens. The buffets are wonderful and provide a chance for everyone to have something they like to eat. The resort location makes it easy with a car to get to some of the main attractions on the island without too much driving. Beautiful location with lots of helpful people and fun stuff to do, plus good food options (lots of them).

Very nice hotel for the price! We really liked the restaurants inside the hotel. The only small things we noticed were some of the outside structure looked very worn. Also, the convenience store inside was giving dingy. Maybe consider putting in a family mart or Lawson's? Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Room was lovely. Comfortable bed. I think the pool could have been cleaner. Lots of sand and debris. Lots of amenities but everything is an upcharge including chairs and umbrellas on the beach…and they are not quality or comfortable beach chairs. It appears to be a good family resort as there was so many kids. The entertainment is in the lobby and we felt they could have a better location so people are able to sit and enjoy it. There does seem to be large empty spaces around in the hotel.

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff as most Okinowans are. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel has several restaurants and gift shop options. Breakfast was excellent with about 100 food options to pick from each morning. I recommend the Japanese only breakfast. Beach was gorgeous and right next to the hotel. Parking costs 500 yen per day. Indoor pool was large and clean. There are many other amenities.

The hotel is very nice, I loved the attention to customers, especially that of Raizza (I don't know if that's how it's written but a nice and friendly person) the breakfast is very varied and free; all the staff very respectful and attentive; the wonderful pool of immense and with the warm water; the views of its impressive windows; I would definitely visit them again 🙂

Not impressed. The photos make it look so much nicer. In reality it is dated, musty, carpets and bedding are stained, facilities are not well maintained. We were grateful to have the indoor pool due to the weather but I would have chosen a different hotel had I seen real images upon booking.

Arrived at 2pm and there was no food served throughout the resort daily from 2 to 5:30pm. Imagine that! Breakfast was okay Must pay fir beach chairs, towels and they close the beach at 7pm (they open it at 9am) Had 3 rooms and they would not extend the check out till 12Noon (by only hour for only one room fir free) so I had to pay an extra fee for an hour of a late check out Nothing makes sense there except the room was spacious ahd clean. But will never stay there again!

Spend your money elsewhere. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Repetive breakfast food. Extra charge for EVERYTHING. Staff at pool aqua center are awful. Do not speak English but will laugh and make fun of you. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would have left this raggedy hotel much sooner. Cleaning crew nice. Everyone else needs to take some training on customer service!

Keep in mind they do charge for almost everything, but prices aren’t majorly expensive. Girlfriend and I had a great time. Cheers

We really like that it included a breakfast buffet or a lunch buffet and that it gave you $1000 credit if you decided not to have your room cleaned every day that allowed us to sign up for kid activities. We wish that so much of the things weren’t an extra charge. We would’ve rather stayed at a place that everything was included all the kid activities.

A much older building and electrical and furniture is old. Gives a 80s feel. Rooms are large and spacious. Everything is pretty clean. The food options are great, especially with breakfast or lunch buffet included each day. It's great value and an overall fun experience. Lots of kids and families, so it can get pretty loud. Very family friendly. But if you want a quiet and less people environment, might not be for you during peak season. Beach access is very easy and extremely beautiful.
