Disliked: Staff & service
Slightly underwhelmed.
Some staff were not accommodating when asking for help/recommendations 2/5
Food was lacking big time same menu day after day, and hot food usually cold. 2/5
Pool had no amenities food drink unavailable.
Public bath was nice.
Room was nice.
Overall 2.5/5
Everything about this trip was so wonderful. The room, the staff, the food, the amenities, having everything in the same place was very convenient and refreshing. The spa was 4 stars. We will be back!
Nice location, amazing beach and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were caught in a typhoon but the hotel had amenities to try to keep us entertained. It would have been nice for them to so grant access to the lounge for other level members during the typhoon. Also the breakfast was adequate but not to the standard I was expecting.
Will DEF be coming back here again. one of the best hotels iâve ever stayed in. itâs right next to the water and thereâs so much to do at this hotel. if you have kids they WILL LOVE it. they have fish IN THE LOBBY. So much better than i expected. itâs so beautiful.
Do not hesitate to get the breakfast when booking!!

Yes,staff was excellent breakfast buffet was excellent, room was clean.
Nice staff, speaks English, breakfast was good and the time for breakfast was a good amount of time. Rooms were clean, the property was beautiful. Plenty of amenities
The staff was outstanding, super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The facilities are very clean including the indoor amazing aquarium full of incredible sea creatures! The location accommodates families with children, so there were many children. It still remained quiet and enjoyable. Lots of amenities to make use of and activities to do. Fitness facility was just right.
It is a beautiful property with an indoor and outdoor pool. There are slides at the outdoor pool. They have a private beach with a boardwalk to walk on (and take great sunset pictures on). There is a buffet restaurant and yakiniku restaurant on-site. And, so much more. A very enjoyable stay.
This place is excellent especially if you're visiting with your kids. This place is full of entertaining spots. There's a huge acquarium where you can feed the fish (the kids love this!), at there's a 'light' show everyday at 8 pm. Access to the beach and the pool is very convenient.
I stayed in the South Tower. The staff, amenities, facilities, food, rooms, and spa were excellent! I have been to a few islands on Hawaii, Boracay Philippines, Cayman Islands, Aruba, Curacao, Miami Beach, and the Florida Keys for beach vacations. I am only mentioning this to emphasize that Okinawa is a top 3 destination for me and this Sheraton is probably the best resort I have stayed in. I love this place!
BOOK IT ! My husband and I had a wonderful time, so many activities! Very friendly, and we highly recommend adding breakfast to your room, very convenient! But my favorite thing about this resort is how kid friendly it is, kids are more than welcomed! We will be back at this resort forsure!
The hotel had a beautiful fish pond in the foyer, with skate, puffer fish and many other fish, and food to feed them with. A whole wall of the ground floor was dedicated for drawing on and at the end of the week was repainted, great for kids. Outside was a huge lake of water with various types of fish and a turtle đ˘! The greatest buffet breakfast with so many different options and freshly baked croissants. The rooms were good but a little tired looking

Great disposition from everyone, despite the significant language limitations for most. Amazing and excellent YUI, who served us every night at the restaurant with fantastic kindness and willingness. The massage service we enjoyed was also very good, as well as the person (whose name I don't recall) who checked us in. Everything was very good.
Everything was amazing except the floor in the room. It was kept very clean but itâs the kind you put outside on your patio. It was very rough on your feet if you want to walk barefoot. FYI I stayed after the reno.
The hotel was extremely family friendly and had tons of families with children. There was a game room, indoor playground, and arts and crafts room on the ground floor. The family SENSES dining area had a duplo Lego area to play.
I canât say much about the pools since I didnât swim, but my 2 year old son (who loves pools) didnât seem impressed and didnât beg to go in. The beach was beautiful and the bridges were great. You could see crabs all over the rocks.
View from the balcony was spectacular.
Ok value for money. Solid option for families. But, overall, nothing special.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
It is a nice property but kind of dated. The room was hot, but big and comfortable. They seemed a little short staffed. It is a resort on the beach, I donât think they charge extra for beach chairs and umbrella on there property to the guests.
