Overall is still GREAT! Don’t know if it’s hotels.com system issue or what, the host and I was not able to reach each other, but he left a phone at front desk for gust to call him, and provided me the code over the phone, so problem solved easily.

It was good experience. Rxcept Roof top smoker’s bad smke get in room at morning. Room was little bit copd at winter . But I would recommend staying here.

The QR code provided by Minpaku-in didn't work, there was another email with a different key code. We had the same problem with another group of Korean families, and since the hotel had no front desk staff, we solved the problem through mutual help. Other than that, the accommodations were very comfortable for our trip and there was enough space for a family trip of 5-6 people.

チェックインが簡単で良かった。 バスルームの他に、シャワールームもあり、洗面台も2ケ所あって良かった。 2連泊したのですが、タオルの交換が無いとの事だったのですが、2セットづつあったので、良かったです。 洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、とても助かりました。 コーヒー、お茶、パジャマは有ると嬉しいです。 他は満足です。

部屋は広く快適。乾燥機がガス式ですぐ乾き、無料で使えるのもかなり助かりました。連泊するのにおすすめです。食器棚だけ少しカビ臭かったのが残念でしたが、土地柄仕方がないのかもしれません。食器類は洗ってから使用しましょう。

翌日朝一から美ら海水族館に行く為に選びました。 とても近くで、翌日の動きがスムーズでした！ 綺麗なホテルで良かったです！ 少し行けばポーたまのお店もあり、食事も困りませんでした。 またぜひ利用させて頂きます。

部屋も広く、設備も整っていました。 5日間滞在しましたが、とても満足です。 ただ洗濯機の糸くず集めの中が、めいいっぱいゴミが入っていた。 清掃の時にマメにゴミを取り除いて欲しい。 ゴミ箱の中に予備のゴミ袋が入ってないのがあったので、補充しておいて欲しい。

我喜歡晚上時間在舒適的室內用餐放鬆，所以這是我尋找公寓式飯店的原因。旅行後像是回到家一樣的便利與放鬆，可以稍微烹煮晚餐，泡澡舒壓放鬆肌肉。重點每天的衣服都可以洗乾淨👍 廚房用品應有盡有，對於外出旅行的人來說已經太足夠了。我很喜歡這次的體驗 下次帶家人來沖繩一定會再預定這裡。頂樓還能看到星空喔⋯⋯

有看到訊息表示入住時間為下午3-7點（人員在場），但有可能因為淡季或其他因素導致，我們4點到時只有桌上的紙，要求你自行處理，感受不好。輸入資訊後須等待一段時間才會收到入住碼，這是比較可惜的地方。房間很好，有可以自己料理的空間，推薦家庭一起買東西回來煮。

깨끗하고 시설이 최신식이라서 좋았습니다, 넓고 편안한 거실이 마음에 들고 창밖에 나무숲이 보여서 프라이버시도 보호되면서 풍경도 보기 좋아서 너무 마음이 편안했습니다, 침대도 넓고 편안했고 쇼파와 좌식 2 개의 거실 테이블이 있어서 여러명이 지내기도 좋겠다는 생각이 듭니다, 굳이 단점을 꼽으라면 편의점이 걸어서 가기에는 다소멀다는 점이지만 차로 불과 5분 이내의 거리에 있어서 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다
