"We enjoyed our stay. The only problem that we had was in the day/night of our arrival. We were housed in room 410 and there was an constant, irritating noise coming from the vent in the bathroom ceiling. We tried it the first night but it kept us awake. In the morning we talked to the desk staff (who were all wonderful) and they promptly moved us to another room. "

"The hotel was very convenient for my husband's Mayo Dr. appointments. It was new or newly renovated. Like New. The breakfast and lobby area was very nice. The parking garage was fine enough; though a bit of work to get checked in and have your room key to the automatic garage door. More expensive than other Staybridge hotels, but was good if not staying long and because of the convenience to the Mayo medical centers."

"It was convenient to St. Mary's hospital. You shouldn't charge for parking. Had I known that I would have parked else where as I had a parking permit. Shame on you! This was not listed when I made the reservations. This was disappointing."

"A-ma-zing from check in to check out! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bellman was so patient as we had to take our bikes apart before we went up to our room. Housekeeping was very friendly. Beautiful hotel, clean, QUIET rooms, lovely pool area and a very thoughtful maintenance staff who offered to let us stay past the posted closing time (we didn’t, out of respect). Would definitely recommend and will stay again!"

"I have stayed at this property multiple times, and many places in Rochester. This is by far my favorite and it has always been a good experience. Great location away from the downtown, but still within 2 miles from Mayo hospitals, shopping and dining options. Walking trail right outside side door of hotel that runs alongside the river. Food options available steps away from front door. Variety of breakfast items. Spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Give this place a try."
