I was trapped in the tiny elevator for over a half an hour and nobody responded to me pressing the alarm button! Also do not believe claims they have air conditioning as they provide a fan and open windows allowing bugs to accumulate in your room. The staff on the front desk absolutely lied to several of us saying the hotel rooms were fully air conditioned. The hotel has gone downhill and the two rooms...
