"IT was nice and peacfeul in the property. Though the activities provided and for which we wanted to see - movies, were unavailable due to having a staff training in the theatre. We tried to request spa services for couples, but they were booked, they could only offer separate sessions, for which we did not want. "

"The maintenance staff are the reason Holiday Inn has high ratings. Upon arrival, entire sink/faucet assembly had to be replaced(4 hours), Keurig broken(replaced),toilet seat had to be replaced, desk chair broken/replaced. The above work was carried out by a really great maintenance man & housekeeping staff. The repairs did inconvenience us to some extent - because we felt the room should be rental-ready. It begs the question of the hotel management- why were these repairs necessary after a...

"After a rocky start when we first got to the Lake Lawn resort, my girlfriend and I really loved this place. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The views of the lake were gorgeous, the porches with rocking chairs were a nice touch - the food and drinks at the restaurant are all reasonably priced, and the areas to walk around and the fire pits were all very nice. My girlfriend and I would definitely visit this place again."

"Every room was well cleaned. The property was well kept. 2 areas of concern, was a weak Wi-Fi which kept turning itself off. And I thought our stay came with provided breakfast. We did not receive any free breakfast. "

"This is our fourth stay at your lovely boutique establishment. We always find your accommodations restful and special. The amenities are so thoughtful and appreciated! My only asks would be a pool or hot tub and a dining option beyond the tasting menu we always find. These are obviously not requirements as we will stay with you again regardless. Such a lovely way to close out our vacation. "

There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. "
